Urban Promise
Life Lounge is growing! Praise God for the growing number of young people that are coming out to Life Lounge after school Tuesdays through Fridays. They come out for tutoring, music lessons and video games. Please consider volunteering one day a week to assist in tutoring and building relationship with these young people. It is an excellent opportunity to bless our community and share God’s love in a tangible way. Softball
One of our key outreach programs is our summer softball.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a cornerstone in today’s Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Simply put, BJJ is a way to defend oneself while being on the ground. This martial art is meant for full effectiveness against a much bigger, stronger opponent.

We are located at the University Settlement which is located right in the Grange Park, across from TCBC. Every Sunday, we train from 2pm-3pm.

This is a sports ministry. We value the building of genuine friendships through training. It is in hopes that through our
