Believers are called to leave behind their former way of life and put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. Renewal begins with the transformation of the mind and is reflected in a life that increasingly displays God's character. Paul emphasizes integrity, kindness, compassion, and forgiveness. Just as God has forgiven us in Christ, we are called to forgive one another, allowing His grace to shape our words, attitudes, and relationships.
